Richard Bukosky began his career in healthcare working in hospice, where he found a true calling in supporting families during some of life’s most difficult moments. Walking alongside families during life’s final chapter taught him the importance of compassion, patience, and simply being present. That experience shaped his commitment to serving others in a meaningful way.
2 years ago Richard joined the Auberge Brookfield, where he spent his time helping families navigate senior living decisions with clarity and confidence. Through honest conversations and education, he built strong relationships grounded in trust. His dedication and leadership naturally led him to step into the role of Executive Director. Today, Richard continues to focus on serving, educating, and supporting families during what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming season of life. He believes that with the right guidance and care, even the hardest transitions can be met with reassurance and peace of mind.
